We had a such great stay during the winter time.
Everything was great, and it had very good wi-fi. We had a large bedroom. Plus it was comfy and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was magnificent in comparison to other hotels in the surrounding area.

It was a reasonable option for our budget.
Wi-fi was not working at all. Woman at the recepciont could not help at all. Instead they had a very old and very slow computer at the lobby. No comments.

I really enjoyed staying there for one night...an excellent value for my money!! My husband stayed one night to celebrate our anniversary and it served our purpose...it's right next door to Arizona's bar and grill which is awesome because you can have dinner/drinks and just walk back to the hotel!!!
The carpet had some stains...and though the bed was extremely comfortable, the pillows were very small for the king sized bed and they were very lumpy and uncomfortable!! The bad pillows made me have a horrible nights sleep, but due to the late check out I was able to take a nap later on.

The convenient location to the airport and that one can leave ones auto in a safe locked facility for the duration of ones holiday.
Being told that the shuttle would return to the hotel in five minutes when it actually took twenty. Be honest and tell us the correct waiting time. This is not a complaint, merely a comment on how to improve customer relations. I've stayed at the hotel on a number of occasions and always been satisfied with the service.

Functional and impeccably clean place, the rooms are reasonably priced and great-sized. Excellent location near to Terminal 1 and 3, the airport and good value and the flight path for the airport landings and take offs and friendly staff. Also, to Toronto subway system from nearest major intersection. The rooms with good facilities.

No problems. The breakfast in the lobby in the morning could offer more than just tea and coffee. Juice and water would be nice.
